Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We collect only what we need.

What we collect. Your name, email and phone number; your prayer requests and saved content; and your booking and payment references. Prayer requests may contain sensitive, health-adjacent information you choose to share.

How we use it. To deliver content and prayer support, to arrange counselling sessions, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional encouragement and updates by SMS or WhatsApp. You can turn those off at any time.

Payments. Payments are processed by our provider using mobile money. We store a payment reference and status, never your mobile money PIN.

Your choices. You can edit your details, change your preferences, or delete your account at any time.
